What a weekend that was
Swimsuits on parade at the Reach – what will happen next!!
With guests aboard Viper and Rod Bender the Sunday comp got off to a great start. The overnight crowd from Doa had the easy early running, only a couple of sore heads made a late start.
Our builder come cocktail maker made a great impression with the latest in trendy drinks. Raspberry lolly water and JW Black label mmmmmm. Big improvement at the Doa house with more fine tuning under Rob’s guiding hand. Cheers bloke.
The fishing ah yes the fishing… Rose and Mike grabbed the top spot with 5, Albert eased into second with 5 also and Rob and Cath grabbed third with 4 species for 134.43 points.
Another good roll up with a few fish on the board, making a a least a show that there are still fish around for mere novices like me!!
Next comp is the 12.00 to 12.00 Overnight Comp on 13 & 14 September. Barra comp is set for October with Boroko Motors as the Major Sponsor.
